The scrap value of uPVC depends on several factors: volume (larger quantities command better per-tonne rates), condition (clean, deglazed frames are worth more than contaminated mixed loads), colour (white uPVC is the most valuable as it's easiest to reprocess), and current market demand for recycled uPVC granules.

Clean, deglazed white uPVC window frames in bulk quantities attract the highest prices. Coloured or foiled frames, glass-contaminated loads, and smaller volumes will be worth less per tonne. Post-industrial offcuts from fabricators are typically cleaner and more uniform, which can command premium rates. The market price for recycled uPVC granules also fluctuates based on supply, demand and the cost of virgin uPVC production.
